Cabbage and Sausage

I had to use up the cabbage we received in our veggie bag from Magnolia Organics.

My client Pam gave me this super easy recipe.

Brown some Italian sausage.

Add a can of chicken stock.

Cut the cabbage and put it in. Cover. When the cabbage is soft, it’s time to eat.

Nom, nom, nom…
